The 99 guest room renovation project. The Woodmark is a landmark boutique hotel located on Lake Washington in Kirkland, WA. During this 8-week renovation, construction, and installation schedule, the hotel remained in operation.

Solution

• Trivergix provided off-site consolidation, warehousing, delivery, and installation of all FF&E for the hotel, including demolition, repairs, and installation of new minibars.
• Coordinated with ownership, subcontractors, and hotel operations to complete a 5-phased renovation project over 8 weeks with minimal inconvenience to quests and hotel operations.
• Organized and coordinated the donation of all existing guest room furniture and box springs to local charity servicing families in need in the Seattle metro area. Donations not only helped those in need, but reduced disposal costs by over 80%.
