New mixed-use development in historic Belltown in Seattle, WA. This new 43-story tower features The 142-room Sound Hotel (first Hilton Tapestry Hotel in the North West), 344 residential units, 2 lounges, meeting spaces, two fitness centers and bistro.

Solution

• Trivergix provided off-site consolidation, warehousing, delivery and installation of all FF&E for the hotel, and public areas for the Hotel and residential tower.
• Facilitated the off-site kitting and provided delivery of the OS&E "Room in a Box".
• Coordinated the complex installation of 42 different room layouts.
• Installed all artwork throughout tower, including custom designed feature wall in fitness area.
• Coordinated with developer, general contractor and hotel operations to complete accelerated installation schedule within 5-week time frame.
