New display roll-out for international cosmetics retailer in 294 locations on US mainland, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and in Canada - completed all deliveries in six weeks. Fixtures came from five different vendor origins in China, Canada and US. 100% on time completion.

Solution

• Consolidated fixtures from China, US and Canada in two distribution warehouses, one on the East coast and one on the West coast.
• Built and packaged five different variations of store kits by location and distributed via truckload to thirty different final-mile warehouses to perform local deliveries to the stores.
• Managed transportation of additional display from US manufacturer and consolidated with store kits at our finalmile warehouses.
• Provided date and time specific after hours deliveries to installation team at each store location, assisted with inside delivery and removed existing displays and all construction and packaging debris.
• Managed return of select used fixtures and redistributed these to twenty-five other store locations and to centralized warehouse for future distribution.
