Provided centralized consolidation and direct to store delivery of new video game fixtures to 1,400 Target stores within a 6- week period.

Solution

• Trivergix utilized three consolidation points (35,000 sf per location) - strategically placed in Salt Lake City, UT, Chicago, IL and Raleigh, NC. DCs were optimized based vendor and store locations.
• Trivergix consolidated bulk vendor shipments from Twenty-seven different suppliers in the three DCs.
• Trivergix provided pick-N-pack for sixty-two different build configurations, fulfilled orders and delivered kits directly to each store for installation.
• 100% on-time completion.
