Solution

Provided complete program management for store closings, including:
  • Coordinated all aspects of closing with corporate stakeholders, store operations, landlords & all required resources.
  • Clarified scope of work with landlord & corporate to ensure lease requirements were met.
  • Completed de-branding & façade restoration.
  • Returned space to vanilla box & performed other construction/repair work as required.
    • Removed all freestanding fixtures & related debris – donated, recycled & disposed of materials.
    • Harvested & relocated fixtures & other assets that client wanted to retain.
    • Broom sweep space & made ready for turnover.
  • Walked through & turned store over to landlord - secured sign-off & took/uploaded completion photos to client’s database.
  • Completed over 250 store relocations/moves.
  • Completed over 400 store closings.
  • Completed over 1000 store-to-store fixture transfers.
