Nationwide rollout of new fixtures and visual displays into two separate departments for sixty-two stores – deliveries and installation completed within four weeks.

Solution

• Provided fixture transportation from eight different vendor origins to eighteen different final mile warehouses.
• Consolidated fixtures at final mile delivery agents.
• Provided date and time specific after hours delivery to each store.
• Provided white glove inside delivery, assembly and placed fixtures per floor plans.
• Removed all debris, recycled and disposed of offsite.
• 100% on time completion.
